Overall, the CELTA course was generally good, and I found the teaching practice and input sessions valuable. However, I did experience some issues related to administration. The live sessions were not held as expected, and the stickies were not received on time. Additionally, one of the TP sessions was canceled, which was disappointing. Despite these challenges, I still gained a lot from the course.

On an arduous DELTA Module 3 journey, I could always rely on the highly qualified support of Simon, the ATI Director, and the centre tutors, who carefully guided our group of trainees through all the parts of the assignment, providing constructive feedback and valuable insights both in the Moodle platform and Zoom sessions. ATI offers a very attractive fee for high-level training. I definitely recommend the training centre.

Directions are given, knowledge levels are set, my mind is pushed to build a multi-layer cross-reference neural network of learning backrounds, methodological approaches, lesson shapes, learning and teaching styles, 'massively interconnected' with language systems and communicative skills. . After all, the DM1 exam is a tester of whether such a network has been built/exists in the candidate's brain. Thanks to the tutors, I now have a different quality of pedagogical thinking.

The course has been an intense experience for me. The majority of the input sessions were like a review of my BA courses, however, it was a very nice experience to get together with teachers from all around the country. The biggest contribution of this course to my teaching is TP sessions and the feedback I received from my tutors. Now, I am more aware of my strengths and weaknesses in my teaching.

I like how teaching how to teach was enhanced through different input sessions, and feedback I received one of the tutors contributed me a lot in my 6th years of teaching. I also think some things should be improved. There are serious disparities on the feedback we received from different two tutors related to "online" teaching. They had very different ideas when to use BORs, how to use them, how to arrange interaction patterns in online lessons etc. When two tutors tell you something so opposite to each other. It feels like it is not a standard but an opinion.However, we were obliged to follow their opinions and got unfair feedback when we didn't follow them. If something is really criteria to follow they should be standardized. Furthermore, I saw different tutors do not use Zoom effectively, for instance some of them shared their PPT on presenter view. I think if tutors worked and taught with technology, they should have known better how to teach online and they should be standardized certain things.

It was nice in total,thank you very much for everthing but tutors ı have met with one (second half)my tutors just five minutes before my tp, she did not have any inputs, and we did not communicate enough, because she let us just before the lesson, since other collegues know and can communicate easily it was unfair, our first Tutor Miss Selen was great, she did an earlier meeting with us, always took us to the class at least 15 minutes early so we could talk and get our notes. And for students I wish you found us students, since nobody showed off, I created whats app group amd invite the students, so they just came for the sake of me, and sometimes they left early, it was unfair to my collegues again.

It was an intensive course as they suggested. However, now I am a confident teacher candidate thanks to our training!

This was a good introductory course to teacher training. The course not only covered important topics like giving feedback and designing professional development sessions for teachers, the instructors used a wide variety of online learning tools to enhance the online training and equip the participants for their future training opportunities. The course was especially enjoyable and motivating due to other participants' consistent and timely interaction.

I really enjoyed the mixture of theory and practice this course had to offer. I really liked the fact that the course's topics were very relevant to my field of work and that although the course was exclusively online, we were indeed able to share our comments and ideas with one another. The amount of content we had to get through was also spread out quite evenly during the entire eight weeks.

It has been overall a smooth course thanks to clear instructions in every step and objectives shared at the beginning of every week both on the platform and via e-mail. Our precious course tutors, Simon Phipps and Suzan Özgelen were one of the best professional trainers whom I have ever met. Thier support and mentoring were valuable for me, because through online education we need more mentoring rather then teaching.

The Delta course has noticeably taken me a step further in both my teaching knowledge and practice. I also feel grateful for the invaluable support of my tutors.

My experience taking DELTA module 2 at the Anatolia Training Institute was certainly a positive one for many reasons. Firstly, I liked very much how everything was structured using specific deadlines and the way in which the course was organized into different sections using Moodle. Secondly, the interactive sessions every Saturday morning kept me focused and they also helped me to sharpen my skills as a teacher as they helped me to increase my knowledge and understanding of teaching English. I was really satisfied with these sessions because the groups were small, I felt comfortable, and I got to meet some interesting teachers from around the world. Thirdly, the tutors were very professional, friendly, and approachable and were excellent at sharing their knowledge and experience as well as giving constructive feedback on our assignments. The feedback was detailed and pointed out our strengths and weaknesses. The course made for a very valuable learning experience, the tutors' support and insight has been particularly notable for me.

I just want to thank you for every thing I've learnt during the course and supporting me with constructive feedback. I found the course really practical and I hope I can apply all the techniques in my real classes. I only have a suggestion, we covered unit 25: Language review after our TPs, but I found it really helpful for analyzing the LG, I wish we had it before our TPs.

As the course successfully balanced theory and practice, it helped me alıt to cover about being a teacher trainer. It also enabled me with a wide contact of colleagues all around the world in various contexts.

Both Suzan and Simon were great. The only criticism I would make would be the pair/group work tasks. It was difficult to meet deadlines when my task depended on others. It would be better if such a task is not on the last week. I get anxious if I cannot meet the deadline.

Everything was excellent-I just wish we had more sessions focusing on practical exam practice for ATI students as it was sometimes confusing to follow with ITI.
