I was completely on-line so I can't comment on the facilities and the location but the tutors and course were excellent.

The course tutors at ITI are very helpful, experienced and of course knowledgeable about their respective subjects.

I would have to say that overall my experience has been very positive. I have learnt a lot in a very short space of time, been guided by some excellent teachers/people, and met some great new friends. And yes, I feel like a better, more informed teacher =)
